The ethical principles, values and guidelines that define our performance in both professional and personal settings are:

    In the Colombian Association of Pig Farmers – National Pig Farming Fund, respect is the recognition that individual differences are natural and fundamental to the integration and development of the organization, as well as for its positioning in society.

    In the Colombian Association of Pig Farmers – National Pig Farming Fund, responsibility is the proper and timely attention to one’s duties and rights as an individual and active member of a family, an organization, and a society.

    In the Colombian Association of Pig Farmers – National Pig Farming Fund, being just is the continuous manifestation of equity and truth in our relationships and decisions.

    The actions of the servers shall not be affected by personal or external interests that compromise their transparency and impartiality with respect to the country’s pig farmers

    The work of the Colombian Association of Pig Farmers – National Pig Farming Fund will be carried out following the principles of economy and efficiency that all parafiscal funds which handle public resources are bound to.

  • Commitment to the country’s pig farmers
    The Colombian Association of Pig Farmers – National Pig Farming Fund shall develop clear norms to guarantee the rights of pig farmers, ensuring that they have sufficient tools and information to base their decisions and understand their rights and duties, and that this is established in the best interests of their business.
  • Social control
    The Colombian Association of Pig Farmers – National Pig Farming Fund will make known and make available its management information to the community, guaranteeing the right of the community to be informed thereof. “The scope achieved in the exercise of our functions must be linked to the excellence of the service.”
